<![CDATA[Abstrak – Tesis ini membahas tentang PT.PAL Indonesia sebagai salah satu industri strategis pertahanan nasional yang dipercaya pemerintah untuk membangun kekuatan matra laut dengan penguasaan teknologi dalam pembuatan kapal selam diesel electrik klas 209 melalui perspektif transfer of technology dari aspek penerapan strategi dalam mendukung kemandirian, Sumber Daya Manusia dan susunan organisasi, serta fasilitas sarana dan prasarana. Hasil penelitian menyarankan kepada PT. PAL Indonesia untuk menerapkan strategi pengembangan teknologi yang dipilih dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan teknologi dan kesiapan PT. PAL Indonesia; dengan terbatasnya SDM profesional agar segera melaksanakan kerjasama yang lebih mendalam antara PT. PAL Indonesia dengan DSME dan mengembangkan serta meningkatkan organisasi dengan membentuk divisi produksi baru yang khusus menangani kapal selam, disamping itu PT. PAL Indonesia agar segera menyelesaikan penyiapan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana untuk melaksanakan proses joint section kapal selam. Kata kunci : Kemandirian, Industri Strategis, dan Kapal Selam. Abstract – This thesis discusses PT.PAL Indonesia as one of the strategic industry of national defense who trusted the government in building a naval force with the mastery of technology in the manufacturing of electric and diesel submarines of class 209 through the transfer of technology from the perspective of aspects of implementation of the strategy in favor of independence, Human Resources and the organizational structure, as well as infrastructure (facilities / infrastructure). Results of the study suggest to PT. PAL Indonesia to implement the development strategy of the technology chosen and tailored to the needs of technology and readiness PT. PAL Indonesia; with limited human resources professionals to immediately carry out more in-depth cooperation between PT. PAL Indonesia with DSME and develop and improve the organization by establishing a new production division that specialized in submarines; in addition to the PT.
