<![CDATA[Latar belakang : Menarche atau haid pertama merupakan tanda penting yang di alami oleh seorang anak gadis saat usia pubertas. Menarche terjadi biasanya di tengah-tengah masa pubertas pada seorang wanita. Salah satu metode dalam melakukan pendidikan kesehatan yaitu dengan focus group discussion (FGD). FGD adalah diskusi yang dilakukan 2 orang atau lebih untuk mendiskusikan sebuah permasalahan yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Tujuan penelitian : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode focus group discussion (FGD) terhadap tingkat pengetahuan tentang menarche. Metode penelitian : penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian studi literatur dari jurnal-jurnal yang yang dikampulkan oleh peneliti mengenai metode focus group discussion (FGD). Hasil penelitian : menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode focus group discussion (FGD). Kesimpulan : Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode focus group discussion sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang menarche.Kata Kunci   : Pendidikan Kesehatan, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Pengetahuan, MenarcheABSTRACTBackground : Menarche of first menstruation is an important sign experienced by a girl at puberty. Menarche occours usually in the middle of puberty in a woman. One of the methods in conducting health education is the focus group discussion (FGD). FGD is a discussion conducted by 2 or more people to discuss a predetermined problem. Objective  : To determine the effect of health education with a focus group discussion (FGD) method on the level of knowledge about menarche. Research Methods : This study uses a literature study research design from the journals that were submitted by researchers regarding the focus group discussion (FGD) method. Research Results : Showed that there was an effect of health education with the focus group discussion (FGD) method.
