<![CDATA[Breast Self-examination (BSE) attempts to determine the normal condition of the breast that can be done alone as an early detection attempt to determine the rapid changes in the breasts. But unfortunately many women do not know what BSE is. Where increasing knowledge can be done by conducting health education where the methods that can be used in health education include lecture methods, group discussions, brainstorming, panels, role-playing, demonstrations. This study uses group discussion methods with Video which aims to determine the Effectiveness of Health Education Discussion Video Methods and Discussion Methods Against Knowledge About BSE in SMK Bina Banua Banjarmasin. This type of quantitative research is Quasi-experimental with the design of Equivalent Control Group Pre Test-Post Test Design with 359 female students using the proportional Sampling technique with 42 respondents using 18 questionnaires. The test used is paired t-test and independent t-test. The results of the analysis before and after the intervention group p-value = 0, 000 and before and after the control group P Value = 0,000. The results of data analysis of the level of knowledge after the health education of two groups obtained the value of p-value = 0,000. which can be concluded there are differences in the level of knowledge in each group. Pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) upaya mengetahui kondisi normal payudara yang bisa dilakukan sendiri sebagai upaya deteksi dini mengetahui adanya perubahan pada payudara secara cepat. Namun sangat disayangkan banyak wanita yang tidak mengetahui apa itu SADARI. Dimana menambah pengetahuan dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan pendidikan kesehatan dimana metode yang dapat digunakan dalam melakukan pendidikan kesehatan antara lain metode ceramah, diskusi kelompok, curah pendapat, panel, bermain peran, demonstrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskusi kelompok dengan media Video yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Pendidikan Kesehatan Metode Diskusi Media Video Dan Metode Diskusi Terhadap Pengetahuan Tentang SADARI Di SMK Bina Banua Banjarmasin. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif Quasi exsperimental dengan rancangan Equivalen Control Group Pre Test-Post Test Design dengan pupulasi 359 siswi dengan menggunakan teknik Proporsional Sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 42 responden menggunakan kuisioner sebanyak 18 pernyataan. Uji yang digunakan paired t test dan uji independen t test. Hasil analisa sebelum dan sesudah kelompok intervensi P Value = 0,000 dan sebelum dan sesudah kelompok kontrol P Value=0,000. Hasil analisa data tingkat pengetahuan setelah pendidikan kesehatan dua kelompok diperoleh nilai P Value = 0.000. yang dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan pada masing masing kelompok.]]>
