<![CDATA[This Research was conducted at three BUMDES in the Sentajo Raya of Kuantan Singingi district. The study aimed to 1) Analyze implementation of leadership, competence and entrepreneurship 2) Analyze the dominant variable which influence the performance of BUMDES employees at Sentajo Raya in Kuantan Singingi district. The sample of this research was 27 employees of BUMDes. The independent variable in this study is leadership, competence and entrepreneurship while the dependent variable is employees performance. The method analysis data used descriptive and quantitative analysis that is multiple linier regression analysis using the SPPS program. The results of the study showed that: 1) The performances of three BUMDES at Sentajo Raya belong to Very well category. The quality of leadership and entrepreneurship had implemented very well. In addition, employees has apply well competence 2) Leadership is the dominant factor which influence the employees performance.Keywords: leadership, competence, entrepreneurship and employee performance]]>
