Abstract

This study aims determine the effect of job satisfaction and normativecommitment on employee performance with turnover intention as an interveningvariable of employee Factory Staff PT. Eka Dura Indonesia. Populations in the study to143 peoples and sampling technique is using slovin method. So the sample amounts to105 peoples. The datas is testing by instumental testing whit is the validity test, reabilitytest and classic assumption test. The analytical methods of this research is usingdescriptive analysis and path analysis using SPSS 23 for windows. Based on the resulthypothesis test, then the conclusion are: 1) job satisfaction and organizationalcommitment gives negatif effect and significant on turnover intention. 2) job satisfactionand organizational commitment gives positif effect and significant on employeeperformance 3) turnover intention gives negatif effect and significant on employeeperformance, 4) turnover intention has mediate the relationship between job satisfactionand organizational commitment on employee performance.Keywords : Employee Performance; Turnover Intention; Job Satisfaction;Organizational Commitment

Abstract

This study was aims to examine the effect of Training, Placement, and Work Discipline on Employees Perfomance of Royal Asnof Hotel. Pekanbaru. This research used 70 respondents as the sample. To analyze the data, this research used Multiple linear regression analysis by using Statistical Package for Social sciences (SPSS). The result of this study indicate that partially, Training have a positive and significant effect on employees performance, Placement have a significant effect on employees performance, work discipline have a significant effect on employees performance. and simultanously, all variables included have a significant effect on Employees performance.Keywords : Training, Work Discpline, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study was undertaken at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V, Kampar Regency. The aim of this study was to discover the effect of the pension program and K3 program variable partially or simultaneously on the work enthusiasm and work performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara v Kampar Regency. This study was conducted with a special method on 74 employees who were sampled. The research variables used were the pension program and the occupational health & safety program as independent variables, and work enthusiasm and work performance as the dependent variable. The data analysis method used was path analysis using SPSS 23 for windows. The findings indicated that the pension program variable and the occupational health & safety program variable partially or simultaneously had a significant effect on work enthusiasm and work performance of employees, the result of the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0, 803, it implied that the percentage of the effect of the pension program and occupational health & safety program on work enthusiasm and work performance was 80.3%. While the remaining of 19.7% was influenced by other variables that were not included in this path.Keywords: Pension Program, K3 Program, Work Enthusiasm and Work Performance of Employees

Abstract

This Research was conducted at three BUMDES in the Sentajo Raya of Kuantan Singingi district. The study aimed to 1) Analyze implementation of leadership, competence and entrepreneurship 2) Analyze the dominant variable which influence the performance of BUMDES employees at Sentajo Raya in Kuantan Singingi district. The sample of this research was 27 employees of BUMDes. The independent variable in this study is leadership, competence and entrepreneurship while the dependent variable is employees performance. The method analysis data used descriptive and quantitative analysis that is multiple linier regression analysis using the SPPS program. The results of the study showed that: 1) The performances of three BUMDES at Sentajo Raya belong to Very well category. The quality of leadership and entrepreneurship had implemented very well. In addition, employees has apply well competence 2) Leadership is the dominant factor which influence the employees performance.Keywords: leadership, competence, entrepreneurship and employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture on turnover intention in employees of PT. Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru. The population in this study includes employees of the finance accounting, mechanics and marketing divisions at PT. Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru, totaling 85 people.Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The sampling technique that has been selected is the census method. The results showed that: 1) Job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention of employees of PT. Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru, 2) organizational commitment had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention of employees of PT. Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru, 3) organizational culture had a negative effect. and significant on turnover inetntion of employees of PT. Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru. 4) Job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture together have a significant effect on turnover intention in employees of PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Insecurity (X1), NonPhysical Work Environment (X2), and Job Stress (X3) on OrganizationalCommitment (Y) of Employees at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. The population of studywas 63 people and sampling technique used was saturation sampling (census).Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the resultof the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regressionanalysis with the help of SPSS. The results showed that: 1) Job insecurity had anegative and significant effect on organizational commitment of employees atAlpha Hotel Pekanbaru; 2) Non physical work environment had a positive andsignificant effect on organizational commitment of employees at Alpha HotelPekanbaru; 3) Job stress had a negative and significant effect on organizationalcommitment of employees at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru; 4) Job insecurity, nonphysical work environment, and job stress simultaneously effect on organizationalcommitment of employees at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. Keyword: Job Insecurity, Non Physical Work Environment, Job Stress,Organizational Commitment

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work from Home (WFH) on Work Effectiveness and Employee Productivity Center for Food and Drug Administration (BBPOM) Pekanbaru. The population of study included all employee as civil servant at BBPOM Pekanbaru, totaling 90 people and sampling technique used was saturation sampling. Primary was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the result of research. Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS version 3 was used as methods of data analysis. The results were: 1) Work from Home (WFH) had a positive and significant effect on Work Effectiveness employee Center for Food and Drug Administration (BBPOM) Pekanbaru; 2) Work from Home (WFH) had a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity employee Center for Food and Drug Administration (BBPOM) Pekanbaru; 3) Work Effectiveness had a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity employee Center for Food and Drug Administration (BBPOM) Pekanbaru; 4) Work from Home (WFH) had a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity throughwork Work Effectiveness employee Center for Food and Drug Administration (BBPOM) Pekanbaru.Keyword: Work from Home (WFH), Work Effectiveness, Work Productivity

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has not only resulted in a public health crisis but has had a sugnificant impact on all aspects of life. Small and medium industry is one of the sectors affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. This sector has experienced a significant impact. The condition of small and medium industries in the midst of a pandemic contineus to experience a decline in capacity, ranging from production capacity to a decrease in income. The existence of small and medium industries in Indonesia is very important because they tend to be better at absorbing a productive workforce, can achieve productivity through investment and technological change, and have an advantage in terms of flexibility. Facing a pandemic, small and medium industry players are required to change their way of thingking, mental attitude, and strategy to maintain their existence in this mass pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic also requires small and medium industry players to equip themselves with new skills and innovations, which is no less important to prepare business sustainability measures so that they can survive or improve their business existence. During the pandemic, most of the small and medium industry players tried to survive by carrying out a number of strategies. This study aims to determine the strategies of small and medium apparel industry players in the city of Pekanbaru in maintaining the existence of their business, whether by using an online marketing system, product innovation, and building partners can increase the existence of the apparel industry business in the city of Pekanbaru. Primary and secondary, with a total of 78 business actors as respondents. Data collection using queationnaires and direct interviews. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of online marketing systems and building partners to be able to maintain business existence has not been implemented by business actors, business actors are more innovating their product to survive in this covid-19 pandemic era.Keywords: Online Marketing System, Product Innovation, Building Partners, Business Existence, and Small and Medium Industries

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the competitive advantages of RiauPos, and find out the factors that become the strengths, weaknesses, opportunitiesand threats that Riau Pos has. Respondents in this study are representativeparties in providing information related to this research. The results of this studyindicate that: 1) Riau Pos is in quadrant I, namely aggressive growth byimplementing market development strategies, market penetration and productdevelopment. 2) Based on the identification results of the internal environment,Riau Pos has several internal strengths including: reputation, owning localeditions and the position of Riau Pos which is under the conglomerate group. 3)The results of research on external identification, Riau Pos has opportunities inthe form of political conditions that are still stable, demand for advertisements isstill large, and support from the community and government. After the researcherstudied the situation that occurred in the company, the researcher noticed thatchanges in the external environment could not be prevented, especially inadvances in digital technology, so companies needed to anticipate by changingmarket strategies, and taking advantage of technological changes and utilizinghuman resources as efficiently as possible. Keywords : competitive advantage, resources-based view, SWOT analysis

Abstract

This study seeks to investigate the influence of the strategies carried out bysmall and medium-sized industries during the Covid-19 Pandemic in the form ofproduct innovation, building partners and online marketing systems asmoderating variables in developing their business existence from surveysconducted to the apparel industry in Pekanbaru City. The population in this studyare business actors in the apparel industry with a sample of 78 people calculatedusing the Slovin formula. Multiple regression using SPSS was used for dataanalysis. This result The study highlights three important points. First, ProductInnovation has a positive and significant impact on Business. Respondents'answers indicate that innovation is still lacking even though they have tried tomodify it products where the innovation has not been able to attract the attentionof consumers. Second, building partners has a positive impact andsignificantinfluence on Business Existence. Business actors, on the other hand, are stillunable to reach an agreement with their partners. The downside is that existingpartnerships are not based on legal issues. Third, the Online Marketing Systemdoes not moderate the effect of product innovation and partner building onbusiness existence. Almost all business actors cannot market their products wellonline. Business actors cannot disseminate information on social media, do notexplain product quality produced to consumers, and have problems using onlinemedia. Keywords: Business Existence, Product Innovation, Partner Development,Online MarketingSystem
