<![CDATA[Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh etos kerja dan budaya kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada pengrajin rumah panggung di Kelurahan Woloan Kecamatan Tomohon Barat, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi (R2) yaitu 0,676 atau 67,6%, artinya bahwa nilai 67,6% variabel produktivitas kerja pada pengrajin rumah panggung di Kelurahan Woloan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel etos kerja dan budaya kerja, sedangkan 32,4% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja dan budaya kerja secara baik secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada pengrajin rumah panggung di kelurahan Woloan Kecamatan Tomohon Barat. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of work ethic and work culture on work productivity on stage craftsmen in Woloan Village, Tomohon Barat District, this study uses quantitative research methods. Based on the coefficient of determination (R2), which is 0.676 or 67.6%, it means that the value of 67.6% of the work productivity of stage craftsmen in Woloan Village can be explained by the work ethic and work culture variables, while 32.4% is explained by other factors that not in this study.
