<![CDATA[In this study is to explain how the influence of the implementation of democracy in village elections to the rights and obligations of citizens in 2012. Method used is descriptive correlative, the studied subjects are people. Based on the data analysis of the effect of the implementation of democracy in the selection get village head count results x ^ 2 = 5.37 then consulted with Chi Square significant at the 5% level (0.05) and degrees of freedom = 4 then we obtain x ^ 2 table = 9. 49. Thus x ^ 2 count greater than x ^ 2 (x ^ 2 count ≥ x ^ 2 ), which is 5. 37 ≥ 9. 49. Based on the division between the value of C = 0. 32, the value of 0.32. with 0.32.Dalam penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan tentang bagaimana pengaruh pelaksanaan demokrasi dalam pemilihan kepala desa terhadap hak dan kewajiban warga negara tahun 2012.
