<![CDATA[This research aims to find out whether Job Satisfaction has a positive correlation with employee performance in the West Kutai Regency Social Service. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the Job Satisfaction variable and the Performance variable of West Kutai Regency Social Service Employees. This can be known from the results of statistical tests where the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.684 which means there is a strong and positive relationship between the two variables. Meanwhile, the results of the t test (t-test) showed that the resulting empirical t was 3,856. This result when compared to the table of critical prices t for n – 2 is 1.717. This means that there is a significant relationship and influence between the Job Satisfaction variable and Employee Performance. Thus, it can also be said that the purpose of this research can be achieved, problems can be solved, and hypotheses can be proven.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Lingkungan Fisik mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap Semangat Kerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kabupaten Kutai Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Lingkungan Fisik dengan variabel Semangat Kerja Pegawai pada Kantor Perindustrian dan Koperasi Kabupaten Kutai Barat. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari hasil uji statistik dimana koefisien korelasi (r) adalah sebesar 0,682 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif diantara kedua variabel. Sementara itu hasil uji t (t-test) menunjukkan bahwa t empiris yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 4,523. Hasil ini lebih bear jika dibandingkan dengan tabel harga-harga kritis t untuk n – 2 adalah 1,753. Ini berarti terdapat pengaruh yg signifikan antara variabel Lingkungan Fisik terhadap Semangat Kerja Pegawai.
