Tipe penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris. Hasil Penelitian bahwa Efektivitas penyidikan tindak pidana korupsi terhadap penyalahgunaan alokasi dana desa oleh kepolisian belum efektif. Hal ini dikarenakan dalam kualitas penyidik tindak pidana korupsi, apalagi tindak pidana korupsi terhadap penyalahgunaan dana desa terbilang krakteristik tindak pidana secara terstruktur, kurangnya pengetahuan tentang keuangan negara serta alokasi dana desa itu sendiri, serta jumlah penyelidik dan penyidik tindak pidana korupsi hanya tiga anggota Polri sebagai penyelidik maupun penyidik tindak pidana korupsi. Faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu pemahaman hukum penyidik, kemampuan penyidik dan dana operasional penyidik. Ketiga faktor tersebut sangat mempengaruhi Penyidik Polri dalam melaksanakan tugas dan kewenangannya terhadap proses penanganan tindak pidana korupsi khususnya penyalahgunaan yang dilakukan oleh aparat desa. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of the investigation of corruption against the misuse of village funds allocation by the police, and the influencing factors that influence it. This type of research is juridical empirical.
