<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas perlindungan hak moral dan hak ekonomi Pencipta lagu musik daerah di Kota Makassar dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif empiris. Hasil penelitian bahwa efektivitas perlindungan hak moral dan hak ekonomi pencipta lagu musik daerah di Kota Makassar, telah di temukan hasil kurang efektif di sebabkan banyaknya pelanggaran-pelanggaran hak moral yang dilakukan oleh para pembuat cover song, serta selama ini para pencipta lagu musik daerah dimana karya yang mereka ciptakan tidak sebanding dengan nilai yang mereka terima. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas perlindungan hak moral dan hak ekonomi pencipta lagu musik daerah di Kota Makassar adalah faktor substansi hukum kurang mempengaruhi efektivitas, faktor struktur hukum kurang mempengaruhi efektivitas, faktor budaya hukum mempengaruhi efektivitas, faktor kesadaran hukum mempengaruhi efektivitas, faktor pengetahuan hukum mempengaruhi efektivitas. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of the protection of the moral rights and economic rights of regional music songwriters in Makassar City and the factors that influence it. The research method uses empirical normative legal research. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of the protection of the moral rights and economic rights of regional music songwriters in Makassar City has been found to be ineffective due to the many violations of moral rights committed by cover song makers, and so far the composers of regional music songs where the works what they create is not worth the value they receive.
