<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis peranan Kepolisian Resort Bone dalam upaya penegakan hukum tindak pidana pelecehan seksual terhadap anak di bawah umur. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari informan, dalam hal ini orang-orang yang berada di Kepolisian Resort Bone. Hasil penelitian bahwa upaya yang dilakukan oleh pihak Kepolisian Resort Bone dalam upaya penegakan hukum tindak pidana pelecehan seksual terhadap anak di bawah umur terdiri atas atas upaya pre-emtif (penanaman norma/nilai), upaya preventif (pencegahan) dan upaya represif (penindakan). Upaya pre-emtif terdiri dari kegiatan Pendidikan Masyarakat (Dikmas), Sosialisasi dan Penyuluhan Hukum, serta kerjasama dengan (P2TP2A) dan Dinas Sosial. Adapun upaya preventif dilakukan melalui kampanye “Jangan jadi Pelaku” dan melalui pendekatan kebudayaan dan keagamaan. Faktor penghambat upaya yang dilakukan oleh pihak Kepolisian Resort Bone dalam upaya penegakan hukum tindak pidana pelecehan seksual terhadap anak di bawah umur terdiri atas trauma psikologis korban dan pelaku yang melarikan diri. The research objective to analyze the role of the Bone Resort Police in law enforcement efforts for sexual harassment of minors. This study uses primary data obtained from informants, in this case people who are in the Bone Resort Police. The results of the study show that the efforts made by the Bone Resort Police in efforts to enforce the law on the crime of sexual harassment against minors consist of pre-emptive efforts (instilling norms/values), preventive efforts (prevention) and repressive efforts (action). Pre-emptive efforts consist of community education activities (Dikmas), socialization and legal counseling, as well as collaboration with (P2TP2A) and the Social Service. The preventive efforts are carried out through the "Don't be the perpetrator" campaign and through cultural and religious approaches. The inhibiting factor for the efforts made by the Bone Resort Police in an effort to enforce the law on the crime of sexual harassment against minors consists of psychological trauma from victims and perpetrators who fled.]]>
