<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas pelaksanaan teknik penyidikan yang dilakukan oleh kejaksaan dalam rangka pemberantasan pidana korupsi di Kejaksaan Negeri Polewali Mandar dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Tipe penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris, Hasil Penelitian penulis mendapatkan bahwa: Efektivitas pelaksanaan teknik penyidikan yang dilakukan oleh Kejaksaan Negeri Polewali Mandar, kurang berjalan secara efektif, dikarenakan pada pelaksanaan penyidikan dilapangan oleh penyidika menemukan kesulitan untuk menyusaikan unsur-unsur materil dengan beberapan bukti petunjuk serta penyesuian keterangan saksi saat dimintai keterangan oleh penyidik. Faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelaksanaan teknik penyidikan yang dilakukan Kejaksaan Negeri Polewali Mandar, faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas penyidikan adalah struktur hukum yang mana terdapat keterbatasan penyidik.
