<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis peranan justice collaborator pada tindak pidana korupsi dalam sistem peradilan pidana dan pengaturan perlindungan hukum terhadap justice collaborator ditinjau dari Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perlindungan Saksi Dan Korban. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil penelitin bahwa (1) Adapun peranan justice collaborator pada tindak pidana korupsi dalam sistem peradilan pidana ialah seseorang sebagai tersangka namun bukan pelaku utama orang tersebut dapat membongkar orang yang terlibat di atasnya. Dalam hal ini, sekalipun ia telah korupsi namun ia juga mendapat keringanan karena telah membantu dalam suatu proses pembongkaran fakta dan keadilan. (2) Pengaturan perlindungan hukum terhadap justice collaborator ditinjau dari Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perlindungan Saksi Dan Korban terdapat pada pasal 5 yang jika disimpulkan hukum memberikan perlindungan dan bantuan terhadap saksi maupun korban. Perlindungan yang dimaksud adalah bentuk perbuatan yang memberikan tempat bernaung dan perlindungan bagi seseorang yang membutuhkan sehingga merasa aman terhadap ancaman sekitarnya. The research objective to analyze the role of justice collaborators in corruption in the criminal justice system and the regulation of legal protection for justice collaborators in terms of Law Number 31 of 2014 concerning the Protection of Witnesses and Victims. This research uses normative legal research methods. The results of the study are that (1) The role of justice collaborator in corruption in the criminal justice system is someone as a suspect but not the main actor, that person can expose the people involved in it. In this case, even though he was corrupt, he also received leniency because he had helped in a process of uncovering facts and justice. (2) The regulation of legal protection for justice collaborators in terms of Law Number 31 of 2014 concerning the Protection of Witnesses and Victims is contained in Article 5 which, if concluded, the law provides protection and assistance to witnesses and victims. The protection in question is a form of action that provides shelter and protection for someone in need so that they feel safe from threats around them.]]>
