<![CDATA[AbstrakPemenuhan kebutuhan alutsista untuk operasi TNI memerlukan industri pertahanan nasional yang bersinergi dan mandiri. PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) sebagai industri pertahanan utama dalam memenuhi kekuatan alutsista TNI AL harus memiliki kesiapan dan kemampuan dalam memproduksi alutsista pertahanan matra laut, salah satunya adalah membangun kapal perang Perusak Kawal Rudal (PKR). Adapun gap yang terjadi adalah PT PAL harus mampu memproduksi alutsista untuk matra laut akan tetapi kondisi PT PAL belum memiliki kesiapan atau kemampuan dalam memproduksi kapal PKR secari mandiri. Untuk itu dilakukan penelitian menggunakan metode System Thinking dan analisis strategi dengan SWOT untuk melihat fenomena masalah atau gap dan menentukan strategi terbaik. Hasil analisis System Thinking menunjukkan bahwa strategi kerjasama dengan galangan kapal DSNS Belanda akan meningkatkan kemampuan PT PAL dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan TNI AL. Sedangkan strategi terbaik yag dihasilkan dari analisis SWOT adalah diversifikasi strategi dengan melakukan banyak terobosan strategi baru dengan kemampuan desain dan produksi kapal perang PKR. Kompetensi tenaga kerja dalam penguasaan teknologi menjadi daya saing industri pertahanan internasional dan mewujudkan kemandirian industri pertahanan dalam negeri.  Kata kunci: Kapal Perang PKR, Industri Pertahanan, System Thinking, SWOTAbstractTo accomplish the defence equipment needs for TNI, a sinergisized and independent national defence industry is a must. PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) as the main defense industry to fulfill the Indonesian Navy's defense equipment must have the readiness and ability to produce marine defense equipment, one of which is to build the PKR warship. There is a gap that occurs PT PAL which must be able to produce defense equipment for the marine dimension, but PT PAL does not yet have the readiness or ability to produce PKR ships independently. For this reason, research is carried out using a system thinking method and SWOT analysis to see the phenomenon of the problem or gap and determine the best strategy. The results of the system thinking analysis show that the strategy of collaborating with the Dutch DSNS shipyard will increase PT PAL's ability to fulfill the operational needs of the Indonesian Navy. Meanwhile, the best strategy resulting from the SWOT analysis is strategy diversification by making more new strategic breakthroughs through with the design and production capabilities of PKR warships.
