Majas dan Citraan dalam Novel 29 Juz Harga Wanita Karya Ma’mun Affany Serta Implikasinya dalam Pembelajaran Sastra di SMA

Abstract

AbstrakMajas dan citraan merupakan unsur pembangun karya sastra yang memanfaatkan penggunaan bahasa untuk memunculkan keindahan dan menarik perhatian pembaca. Majas dan citraan keberadaanya ada di sekeliling kita, seperti materi pembelajaran sastra di SMA. Dalam pembelajaran tersebut siswa diharuskan memahami bahasa yang terkandung dalam novel, sehingga diperlukan bahan ajar yang layak untuk membantu siswa dalam memahami materi tersebut. Novel 29 Juz Harga Wanita karya Ma’mun Affany salah satu novel yang memiliki beberapa majas dan citraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan stilistika. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh hasil majas dan citraan yang dominan dalam novel tersebut serta implikasinya terhadap pembelajaran sastra di SMA sebagai berikut. Pertama, majas yang dominan dalam novel 29 JHW yaitu majas simile sebanyak 33 data, personifikasi sebanyak 25 data, hiperbola sebanyak 8 data, metafora sebanyak 8 data, dan litotes sebanyak 5 data. Kedua, citraan yang dominan dalam novel 29 JHW yaitu citraan penglihatan sebanyak 32 data, gerak sebanyak 18 data, dan pendengaran sebanyak 15 data. Ketiga, implikasi majas dan citraan dalam novel 29 JHW terhadap pembelajaran sastra yaitu dapat digunakan sebagai bahan alternatif pembelajaran sastra di SMA khususnya dalam materi kebahasaan novel.Kata Kunci: Majas, Citraan, Novel, Implikasi Pembelajaran AbstractFigures and imagery are elements of literary works that utilize the use of language to create beauty and attract the attention of readers. Figures and images of their existence are all around us, such as literature learning materials in high school. In this learning, students are required to understand the language contained in the novel, so appropriate teaching materials are needed to help students understand the material. The novel 29 Juz Harga Wanita by Ma'mun Affany is one of the novels that has several figures of speech and imagery. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research design. The approach used is a stylistic approach. Based on data analysis, the results of the dominant figure of speech and imagery in the novel and their implications for learning literature in high school are as follows. First, the dominant figure of speech in the 29 JHW novel is 33 data of simile, 25 data of personification, 8 data of hyperbole, 8 data of metaphor, and 5 data of litotes. Second, the dominant images in the 29 JHW novel are vision images with 32 data, motion with 18 data, and hearing with 15 data. Third, the implications of the figure of speech and imagery in the 29 JHW novel on literary learning are that it can be used as an alternative material for learning literature in high school, especially in novel linguistic material.Keyword: Figure of Speech, Imagery, Novel, Learning Implications
