ABSTRAKSebuah sistem informasi yang telah digunakan perlu dievaluasi agar dapat dilihat tingkat capaian keberhasilannya. Sudah satu tahun akademik Learning Management System (LMS) STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa digunakan, namun belum dapat dilihat capaian keberhasilan implementasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat keberhasilan Learning Management System di STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa dengan menggunakan model kesuksesan sistem informasi Delone & Mclean. Faktor-faktor yang dievaluasi pada penelitian ini yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna dan manfaat bersih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluasi kuantitatif dangan sampel sebanyak 100 responden mahasiswa STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa yang berasal dari 9 prodi yang berbeda. Alat pengumpul data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dianalisis menggunakan software Smart PLS 3.0 untuk menguji outer model dan inner model. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas sistem berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna sebesar 80,2%, variabel kepuasan pengguna berpengaruh positif terhadap manfaat bersih sebesar 77,5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa, untuk meningkatkan kesuksesan Learning Management System STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa perlu meningkatkan kualitas sistem sehingga memberikan kepuasan dan manfaat bagi pengguna.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, LMS, Model DeLone dan McLean ABSTRACTAn information system that has been used needs to be evaluated so that the level of success can be seen. The factors evaluated in this study are system quality, information quality, service quality, usage, user satisfaction and net benefits. This study uses a quantitative evaluation method with a sample of 100 STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa student respondents from 9 different study programs. The data were analyzed using Smart PLS 3.0 software to test the outer model and inner model. The results of this study indicate that the system quality variable has a positive effect on user satisfaction by 80.2%, the user satisfaction variable has a positive effect on net benefits of 77.5%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that, to increase the success of the STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Learning Management System, it is necessary to improve the quality of the system so as to provide satisfaction and benefits for users.Keywords: Evaluation, LMS, DeLone and McLean Models
