<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Pressure ulcers occur due to pressure that exceeds the capillary closing pressure, resulting in dead or necrotic tissue. Patients who are in bed and do not move, a tight bed cover and pressure or friction between the body and the bed are risk factors for pressure ulcers. So that an intervention is needed that can accelerate the wound healing process using hydrocolloid and olive oil. This study aims to determine the difference between hydrocolloid and olive oil in depressed areas to prevent pressure sores in Pressure Ulcers patients in the Tulip Room of the Bekasi District Hospital in 2022.The research design used a quasi-experimental approach with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design approach. In this study there were two groups, namely the intervention group and the control group. The number of samples as many as 21 respondents by meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of the univariate analysis were 78.2% of respondents aged 28-33 years, 52.4% of respondents were male and 57.1% of respondents had a diploma in nursing education. The results of bivariate analysis on the T-test p-value 0.000 (<0.05) this means that hydrocolloids and olive oil are effective in healing pressure ulcers in patients with pressure ulcers in the Tulip room of the Bekasi District Hospital. Nurses can apply hydrocolloid and olive oil in healing, so that nursing care can be achieved. And the researcher hopes that this research can be used as a reference for further research. ABSTRAK Pressure Ulcers terjadi akibat karena tekanan yang melebihi tekanan penutupan kapiler sehingga mengakibatkan jaringan mati atau nekrotik. Pasien yang berada di tempat tidur dan tidak bergerak, bedcover yang ketat dan tekanan atau gesekan antara badan ke tempat tidur merupakan faktor penyebab resiko terjadinya pressure ulcers. Sehingga diperlukan intervensi yang dapat mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka dengan menggunakan hidrokoloid dan minyak zaitun. untuk mengetahui perbedaan hidrokoloid dan minyak zaitun pada area tertekan untuk mencegah luka tekan pada pasien Pressure Ulcers di Ruang Tulip RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi tahun 2022. Desain penelitian menggunakan Quasi experiment dengan pendekatan Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Pada penelitian ini terdapat dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 21 responden dengan memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil analisis univariat 78,2% responden berusia 28-33 tahun, 52,4% responden berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan 57,1% responden memiliki Pendidikan diploma keperawatan. Hasil analisis bivariat pada uji T-test p-Vlue 0,000 (<0,05) hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa hidrokoloid dan minyak zaitun efektif dalam penyembuhan luka tekan pada pasien Pressure ulcers di ruang Tulip RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi. Perawat dapat mengaplikasikan cara hydrocolloid dan minyak zaitun dalam penyembuhan, sehingga dapat tercapainya asuhan keperawatan.
