<![CDATA[Abstrak. Bridging System adalah penggunaan teknologi informasi berbasis Web Service dimana dapat menghubungkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen seperti Website BPJS Kesehatan dengan sistem informasi manajemen pelayanan kesehatan. Puskesmas Andalas Kota Padang Sumatera Barat, baru menerapkan Bridging System untuk menunjang pelayanannya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Penerapan Bridging System Antara Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas (E-Puskesmas Ng) dengan Primary Care (P-Care) di Puskesmas Andalas Kota Padang Sumatera Barat Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan Wawancara dan Observasi kepada narasumber diantaranya perekam medis dan informasi kesehatan, petugas entri ruangan yang ada pada masing-masing poliklinik. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa terdapat beberapa hambatan yang diperoleh selama proses brigding yaitu pada sumber daya manusia, hardware, software, listrik, wifi dan kebijakan. Saran penelitian ini perlu pengadaan petugas IT yang kompeten, perbaikan sistem jaringan (Network), serta penambahan ataupun perbaikan komputer yang digunakan petugas perekam medis dalam menunjang pelayanan pasien. Bridging System is the use of Web Service-based information technology which can connect Management Information Systems such as the BPJS Health Website with health service management information systems. Andalas Public Health Center, Padang City, West Sumatra, has just implemented the Bridging System to support its services. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the Bridging System between the Puskesmas Management Information System (E-Puskesmas Ng) and Primary Care (P-Care) at the Andalas Health Center, Padang City, West Sumatra in 2022. This research is descriptive qualitative by conducting interviews and observations with resource persons. including medical recorders and health information, room entry officers in each polyclinic. The results showed that there were several obstacles encountered during the bridging process, namely human resources, hardware, software, electricity, wifi and policies. Suggestions for this research need to procure competent IT officers, repair network systems (Network), as well as add or repair computers used by medical recorders in supporting patient care.
