<![CDATA[The problem of stunting in Indonesia requires great attention by looking at the high prevalence of stunting. This study aims to improve the knowledge and attitudes of public health cadres accompanying mothers and children. The study was conducted with a pseudo-experimental method of one group pre-post test on the population of cadres in the Soropia Health Center Working Area, the number of cadres was 30 people taken with total sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through education to cadres with a focus on maternal health services, nutrition of pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and toddlers, and anthropometric measurement of toddlers. Cadres were given a handbook module during the education period. A total of four meetings with material provision for one month, and assistance again in the second month. The results of the study on the characteristics of knowledge and attitudes increased before and after the study, and the difference in total questionnaire scores was significant (p = 0.000). There are differences before and after the education program in the knowledge and attitudes of cadres. The stunting prevention education program was provided using a handbook module. To improve the motivation and attitude of cadres, it is necessary to conduct regular knowledge enrichment.]]>
