<![CDATA[Eye fatigue is known as eye strain or asthenopia, i.e. ocular fatigue or strain on the visual organs in which eye problems and headaches are associated with intensive eye use. PT Bunga Makesa is a company engaged in services. In their daily duties and responsibilities, PT Bunga Makesa employees always use work devices in the form of computers to facilitate their work where workers will be in front of the computer for hours, where this has the potential to cause eye fatigue. This study uses qualitative methods, with research subjects as many as 7 informants. Data collection techniques used in this study were: Observation, interviews, and checklist sheets. Based on the results of the study, symptoms or complaints that are often felt by computer user workers are: focus on the eyes that changes slowly, feels throbbing around the eyes, eyes feel sore and sleepy. Based on the results of the worker's eye sight distance with the monitor, there are two workers who are not in accordance with OSHA provisions, namely the visibility is still below 50cm. Based on the results of long exposure to computer monitor radiation, workers at PT Bunga Makesa are classified in the medium category, namely workers only work 2-4 hours, which is 71.42%]]>
