KEBERHASILAN PENGENALAN LAPANGAN PERSEKOLAHAN (PLP): ANTARA NILAI KETERAMPILAN MAHASISWA MENYUSUN RPP DAN NILAI PLP GURU PAMONG

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara nilai keterampilan mahasiswa pendidikan geografi menyusun rpp dan nilai PLP guru pamong. Populasi sekaligus sampel adalah mahasiswa pendidikan geografi peserta PLP tahun 2021 berjumlah 64 orang. Penilaian keterampilan menyusun rpp berdasarkan buku panduan plp fkip ulm dan nilai plp guru pamong di peroleh dari masing-masing guru pamong mahasiswa di sekolah. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi pearson dengan prayarat data terdistribusi normal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan hubungan antara nilai keterampilan menyusun rpp dengan nilai plp adalah 0,532 yang berarti hubungan korelasi sedang. Nilai p-value sebesar 0,00 (<0,05), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif sedang antara nilai keterampilan menyusun rpp dengan nilai plp yang diperoleh mahasiswa. Mahasiswa yang memiliki keterampilan menyusun rpp baik maka nilai plpnya juga akan baik.  Abstract:  This study aims to determine the relationship between the scores of geography education students' skills in preparing lesson plans (RPP) and the scores of tutor teachers. The population as well as the sample are geography education students participating in the 2021 PLP, totalling 64 people. The assessment of skills in preparing lesson plans was based on the PLP FKIP ULM guidebook and the PLP grades were obtained from each student tutor teacher at the school. Data analysis used Pearson correlation with normal distribution data. The results of the analysis show that the relationship between the value of the skill in compiling the lesson plan and the value of the PLP score is 0.532, which means that the correlation is moderate. The p-value is 0.00 (<0.05), and it can be concluded that there is a moderate positive relationship between the value of the compiling skills and the PLP value obtained by the students. Students who have good preparation lesson skills will also have good PLP scores.
