<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektifitas pelaksanaan tanggungjawab ayah terhadap nafkah anak setelah perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Sungguminasa Kelas 1B yang berkaitan dengan pembebanan nafkah anak yang bertujuan terhadap perlindungan dan pemenuhan hak anak. Metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode yuridis empiris atau pendekatan normatif dan empiris dimana menggunakan data primer atau yang bersifat langsung dilapangan yang masih membutuhkan pengolahan lebih lanjut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektifitas pelaksanaan tanggungjawab ayah terhadap nafkah anak setelah perceraian belum berjalan secara baik atau efektif. Faktor-faktor yang menjadi peyebabnya adalah faktor ekonomi, pihak ibu sudah mampu menafkahi dan faktor komunikasi. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the father's responsibility for the child's livelihood after divorce at the Sungguminasa Religious Court Class 1B related to the burden of the child's maintenance aimed at the protection and fulfilment of children's rights. The method used by the researcher is the empirical juridical method or normative and empirical approach which uses primary data or is directly in the field which still requires further processing. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of the implementation of the father's responsibility for the child's livelihood after divorce has not been running well or effectively. The factors that cause it are economic factors, the mother has been able to support and communication factors.]]>
