<![CDATA[Masyarakat memiliki peran penting dalam memutus mata rantai penularan COVID-19 agar tidak menimbulkan sumber penularan baru. Masyarakat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Teluk Kuantan Kecamatan Kuantan Tengah belum mematuhi protokol kesehatan, sejalan dengan peningkatan jumlah kasus COVID-19. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis perilaku kesehatan pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan mode deskriptif dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Teluk Kuantan Kecamatan Kuantan Tengah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi pada bulan Maret 2021. Informan utama penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat, informan pendukung yaitu tenaga kesehatan dan staf kantor kecamatan. Analisis data menggunakan metode triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa masyarakat sudah memiliki masker namun dalam penerapannya masih sulit dikarenakan masker mudah membuat sesak nafas sehingga tidak dipakai dengan tepat. Masyarakat merasa kesulitan melakukan social distancing dan masih menghadiri tempat ramai tanpa menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Perilaku masyarakat dalam mencuci tangan masih kurang, dimana masih terdapat masyarakat yang mencuci tangan tanpa sabun dan tidak menggunakan hand sanitizer.Aktivitas fisik yang dilakukan informan yaitu bekerja di kebun dan berolahraga. Ketika melakukan aktivitas fisik informan tidak menerapkan protokol kesehatan seperti memakai masker. Masyarakat diharapkan menambah pengetahuan terkait pencegahan covid-19 dan menerapkannya serta menaati peraturan yang telah dibuat terkait protokol kesehatan untuk memutus mata rantai penularan covid-19. The community in the working area of the TelukKuantan Health Center, Central Kuantan District, has not complied withthe health protocols, in line with the increasing number of COVID-19cases. The purpose of this study was to analyze health behavior duringthe Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative research with adescriptive modeapproach carried out in the working area of the TelukKuantan Public Health Center, Kuantan Tengah District, KuantanSingingi Regency in March 2021. The main informants of this researchare the community, supporting informants are health workers and subdistrict office staff. Data analysis using data triangulation method. Theresults showed that people already had masks but in their application itwas still difficult because masks easily made shortness of breath so theywere not used properly. People find it difficult to do social distancing andstill attend crowded places without implementing health protocols.People's behaviorin washing hands is still lacking, where there are stillpeople who wash their hands without soap and do not use handsanitizer. Physical activitiescarried out by informants are working in thegarden and exercising. Whendoing physical activities, the informants didnot apply health protocols such as wearing masks. The public isexpected to increase their knowledge regarding the prevention ofCOVID-19 and implement it and obey the regulations that have beenmade regarding health protocols to break the chain of transmission ofCovid-19.]]>
