This study aims to innovate handball game lectures with an integrated Fair Play Learning (PFP) model as a guide in implementing the lecture process for students of the Penjaskesrek Undergraduate Study Program. This type of research is a field research with a basic research scheme, using a mixed methods approach. The object of research is the student of the Undergraduate Penjaskesrek Study Program FOK Undiksha. Data collection techniques were carried out by conducting field observations (observations), interviews and documentation. The instrument used is an assessment that includes affective, cognitive and psychomotor aspects. Using data analysis that is qualitative description. The results show that the learning model (PFP) that displays and improves student character through fair play values is applied so that the PFP model can cultivate fair play values systematically and is a powerful vehicle as a foundation in building student character during the game learning process. hand ball. Innovative fair play learning model is feasible to be developed to bridge learning needs in the formation of attitudes and behavior of students of the Undergraduate Penjaskesrek study program FOK Undiksha.
