This study aims to describe the definition and character of the affective domain which for decades has been dominated by the cognitive dimension of entrepreneurship. On this occasion the researchers also investigated the development, especially the characteristics of individual entrepreneurs who experience business activities with leadership dimensions. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, of the 5 characters proposed there are 4 propositions which are affective domains, namely Innovation is an individual's ability to encourage creativity, There is a linear relationship between Innovation and creativity in the implementation of innovation, There is a mutually supportive relationship between the ability to see opportunities and cognitive knowledge , activity is a positive activity of the individual entrepreneur. While managing is a cognitive ability, managing guides us to learn and then teaches basic entrepreneurial skills (Simon, 2000 and Baron 2007). The development of the affective domain on the characteristics of the attitude as an entrepreneurial leader due to the changes that occur due to technology that changes business activities to a more global level.Keywords: Affective Character, Entrepreneurship, Cognitive, Leadership
