Abstract

This study aims to determine the standard time for making letters and to analyze the procedures for measuring the standard time of making letters at the Makati Jaya Subdistrict Head Office so as to build the effectiveness of the work of employees in the office in the end to improve services, especially in administrative activities. The implementation of the research uses liberary research and field research methods, the data used are primary and secondary data with data analysis techniques using standard time measurements. The results obtained The normal time per work element for planning the concept of outgoing letters is 0.567 minutes and the next standard time is 0.646 minutes. The normal time for letter approval is 0.561 minutes and the standard time is 0.631 minutes. The normal time of letter numbering takes 0.638 minutes and produces a standard time of 0.717 minutes. The normal time for typing letter drafts is 0.541 minutes and the standard time is 0.617 minutes. Normal time Signing a letter takes 0.597 minutes and creates a standard time of 0.671 minutes. Normal time Stamping takes 0.595 minutes and produces a standard time of 0.678 minutes. Normal time Scheduled a letter for 0.541 minutes and resulted in a standard time of 0.617 minutes. From the results of observations and various data that have been obtained, the process of making outgoing letters obtains a standard time of 4,577 minutes.Keywords: Normal Time; Standard Time; Measurement

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research that looks at the phenomena that occur. Aims to determine the effect of working age, motivation and work experience of employees. This research was conducted at STIE Rahmaniyah with a total of 33 lecturers as samples. Prior to conducting the research, the validity and reliability tests were carried out, the normality test was then processed to test the hypotheses described using multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that the factors of age, motivation, and work experience which are factors that affect employee work productivity show positive and significant results.Keywords: motivation, age, work experience, productivity

Abstract

This study aims to describe the definition and character of the affective domain which for decades has been dominated by the cognitive dimension of entrepreneurship. On this occasion the researchers also investigated the development, especially the characteristics of individual entrepreneurs who experience business activities with leadership dimensions. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, of the 5 characters proposed there are 4 propositions which are affective domains, namely Innovation is an individual's ability to encourage creativity, There is a linear relationship between Innovation and creativity in the implementation of innovation, There is a mutually supportive relationship between the ability to see opportunities and cognitive knowledge , activity is a positive activity of the individual entrepreneur. While managing is a cognitive ability, managing guides us to learn and then teaches basic entrepreneurial skills (Simon, 2000 and Baron 2007). The development of the affective domain on the characteristics of the attitude as an entrepreneurial leader due to the changes that occur due to technology that changes business activities to a more global level.Keywords: Affective Character, Entrepreneurship, Cognitive, Leadership

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, appreciation, motivation and responsibility on performance. The number of respondents to the research was 66 people, the sampling technique was by applying saturation sampling. The data used is primary data, namely by questionnaire and secondary data. Exogenous variables consist of work discipline, motivation, protection as well as moderating variables while endogenous variables are employee performance. The scale of measurement of indicator variables uses a Likert scale. Data processing is done by calculating using SmartPLS 3.0 software. Data analysis in this study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. PLS is a structural equation equation model (SEM). Empirical results state that this model is feasible to study, then the results of hypothesis testing reveal that work discipline has a positive effect on performance. Motivation has no effect on performance, it is also revealed that the setting does not moderate work discipline and motivation on performance.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ditujukan pada UMKM kerupuk Kemplang 5 Ulu Palembang. Kegiatan ini melibatkan mitra yang merupakan masyarakat produktif secara Mikro yang memiliki permasalahan hampir sama serta lokasi yang berdekatan yaitu Ny. Eva Yunus. Permasalahan yang disepakati pelaksana dengan mitra adalah 1) Sulitnya mengembangkan merek sendiri tentu saja menyebabkan tingkat keuntungan dan pendapatan tidak maksimal dan 2) Pembukuan dan Evaluasi Usaha secara keseluruhan kegiatan usaha, belum baik hal dapat menyebabkan UMKM sulit untuk mengambil keputusan.  Untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalah maka dilakukan edukasi mengenai pemasaran dengan mengedukasi elemen-elemen pemasaran seperti promosi online dan mendesain logo produk. Dilanjutkan dengan melakukan peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai kaidah-kaidah laporan keuangan dan pengendalian persediaan. Diharapkan setelah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, Mitra memiliki pengetahuan pemasaran melalui media online sehingga dapat memperluasan pemasaran kerupuk kemplang sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan Mitra. Mitra juga memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup mengenai pencatatan keuangan yang baik sehingga memudahkan UMKM mengambil keputusan seperti penyediaan bahan baku, pengembangan usaha dan peminjaman uang di lembaga keuangan.
