<![CDATA[Abstrak Apple Inc merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang teknologi dan menjadi perusahaan teknologi terbesar di dunia. Branding eksklusif yang tawarkan Apple menjadi daya Tarik konsumen pada produk tersebut. Munculnya covid-19 banyak merubah manajemen operasional industry teknologi. Perencanaan dan pengelolaan yang baik perlu diperhatikan agar Apple Inc tetap mampu bersaing dengan kompetitornya. Penulisan ini bertujuan mengetahui perbandingan manajemen operasional yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan Apple,Inc ketika sebelum, selama, dan setelah masa pandemi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode jenis deskriptif. Hasil dari observasi dan studi literatur yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terkait faktor managing quality perusahaan Apple Inc sebelum, selama dan setelah pandemic. Apple Inc mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan operasional dalam faktor project management, inventory management hingga forecasting management dengan baik dan tetap menghasilkan profit.Kata Kunci: Apple Inc, manajemen operasional, manajemen peramalan, manajemen persediaan, manajemen proyekAbstractApple Inc is a manufacturing company engaged in technology snd is the largest technology company in the world. The exclusive branding offered by Apple is the attraction of consumers to the product. The emergence of covid-19 has dramatically changed the technology industry’s operational management. Good planning and management must be considered so that Apple Inc can compete with its competitors. This paper aims to compare the operational management carried out by Apple Inc before, during, and after the pandemic. The method used in this writing is a descriptive type method. As a result of observations and literature studies conducted, it is known that there are no significant differences related to the managing quality factors of Apple Inc companies before, during, and after Covid-19. Apple Inc can solve operational problems in project management, inventory management to forecasting management factors well and still generate profits.
