PENGARUH STRATEGI PEMASARAN TERHADAP MINAT RESERVASI VILLA DI PT. BERUANG MAS PERKASA CIATER

Abstract

Abstrak Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Bagaimana strategi pemasaran di PT. Beruang Mas Perkasa Ciater. (2) Untuk mengetahui minat reservasi villa di PT. Beruang Mas Perkasa Ciater (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pemasaran terhadap minat reservasi di PT. Beruang Mas Perkasa Ciater. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% dan menggunakan program aplikasi SPSS 20, untuk mendapatkan data yang lebih akurat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan, studi lapangan dilakukan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) Pada variabel strategi pemasaran Produk (Product), Harga (Price), Tempat/Distribusi (Place), Promosi (Promotion), Orang (People), Sarana Fisik (Physical Evidence) dan Proses (process) berdasarkan jawaban dari responden memiliki pengaruh karena dengan bauran pemasaran mampu memberikan dampak yang baik bagi minat reservasi villa di PT. Beruang Mas Perkasa Ciater. (2) Pada variabel minat beli, berdasarkan jawaban responden atas instrumen penelitian dengan adanya minat beli terhadap villa di PT. Beruang Mas Perkasa Ciater terhadap minat reservasi villa. Apabila dalam hal tersebut memperhatikan strategi pemasaran dengan baik minat reservasi akan terus meningkat dan dapat menguntungkan PT. Beruang Mas Perkasa Ciater. (3) Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefesien determinasi menunjukan bahwa variabel strategi pemasaran mempengaruhi variabel minat beli 36% dan sisanya sebesar 66% yang diperkirakan dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya. Faktor yang tidak diteliti lebih lanjut oleh peneliti dapat diteliti oleh peneliti lain sebagai acuan untuk diteliti dan dikembangkan lagi. Kata kunci : Strategi Pemasaran, Minat Beli Abstract The purpose of writing this aims to find out: (1) How is the marketing strategy at PT. Beruang Mas Perkasa Ciater (2) How is the reservation interest at PT. Beruang Mas Perkasa Ciater (3) To find out the effect of marketing strategy on interest in villa reservations at PT. Beruang Mas Perkasa Ciater. The data collection technique used in this study was a literature study, field study conducted by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of the study are: (1) In the variables of the marketing strategy (Product), Price (Price), Place/Distribution (Place), Promotion (Promotion) ,People (People), Physical Evidence (Physical Evidence) and Process (process) based on the answers from respondents have an influence because the marketing mix is able to have a significant impact. good for interested in booking villas at PT. Beruang Mas Perkasa Ciater. (2) On the buying interest, based on respondents' answers to research instruments, there is an interest in buying a villa at PT. Beruang Mas Perkasa Ciater against villa reservation interesrt. If in this case pay attention to the marketing strategy properly, the sales volume will continue to increase and can benefit PT. Beruang Mas Perkasa Ciater. (3) Based on the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it shows that the marketing strategy variable affects the buying interest variable by 36% and the remaining 64% which is estimated to be influencedby other factors. Factors that are not investigated further by researchers can be studied by other researchers as a reference for further research and development. Keywords : Marketing Strategy, Buying Interest
