<![CDATA[HANDBALL CAPTURE TRAINING MODEL FOR ATHLETES 16-18 YEARS OLD ABSTRACT The aim of this product development research is to produce a catch-and-catch training model in handball. Research on the training model of catch-throwing skills for beginner handball athletes aged 16-18 years uses the Research & Development (R & D) method from Borg and Gall. There are 20 items of training models from the initial tests carried out, it is obtained that the accumulated level of catching ability of athletes is 611 seen from the number of athletes capable of throwing catches against the wall, then after being given treatment in the form of 20 items of the throw-catch training model it is obtained that 745 athletes can do fetch against the wall. So the 20 items of the throw-catch training model for beginner handball athletes aged 16-18 years that have been developed have differences from the pretest and posttest between before and after being given treatment. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in catching skills for beginner handball athletes aged 16-18 years. ]]>
