PENGARUH PEMBERIAN PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN MENGGUNAKAN POP-UP BOOK TERHADAP TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP IBU HAMIL TENTANG P4K

Abstract

Data Kabupaten Lombok Barat, angka kematian ibu tahun 2019 mengalami kenaikan. Pada tahun 2019 tercatat 6 kasus kematian ibu. Untuk menangani rendahnya cakupan penanganan komplikasi oleh tanaga kesehatan pemerintah mencanangkan program perencanaan persalinan dan pencegahan komplikasi (P4K) yang bertujuan untuk memantau kehamilan menuju persalinan yang aman dan selamat. Pop up book dapat digunakan sebagai media edukasi dalam melakukuan edukasi kesehatan. Pop up book merupakan pop-up materi yang disajikan berupa gambar yang menarik karena terdapat bagian-bagian yang bila dibuka, berubah atau menimbulkan kesan yang timbul. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan pop-up book terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil tentang P4K. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi experiment dengan racangan dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2021. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil di Posyandu Kramajaya  sebanyak 60 orang dan sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Analisa data menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Dari hasil univarat  menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan ibu hamil sebelum pendidikan kesehatan dengan katagori baik 4 orang (13,3%),dan sesudah katagori baik 22 orang (73,3%). Sikap ibu hamil tentang P4K sebelum positif 15 orang (50%), dan sesudah sikap positif 18 orang (60%). Uji analisis Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Dengan nilai P-value tingkat pengetahuan sebesar 0,000 dan P-value sikap ibu hamil sebesar 0,083  (P< 0,05). Pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan pop-up book tentang P4K berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap ibu hamil. AbstractWest Lombok Regency data, the maternal mortality rate in 2019 has increased. To deal with the low coverage of complications handling by health personnel, the government has launched a delivery planning and prevention of complications (P4K) program which aims to monitor pregnancies leading to safe and secure deliveries. Pop up books can be used as educational media in conducting health education. Pop-up book is a pop-up material that is presented in the form of interesting pictures because there are parts that when opened, change or give rise to the impression that arises. To determine the effect of providing health education using pop-up books on the level of knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about P4K. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a one-group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted in June 2021. The population of this study were 60 pregnant women in Posyandu Kramajaya and a sample of 30 respondents. Analysis of the data using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Univariate result shows that knowledge of pregnant women before health education is in good category 4 people (13,3%), and after good category 22 people (73.3%). The attitudes of pregnant women about P4K before were positive 15 people (50%), and after a positive attitude 18 people (60%). Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test analysis test. With a P-value of knowledge level of 0.000 and a P-value of pregnant women's attitudes of 0.083 (P <0.05). Health education using a pop-up book about P4K has an effect on increasing knowledge but has no effect on the attitude of pregnant women.
