Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study discusses one of the negative impacts on mining such as environmental damage, in this case it is necessary and must know the effectiveness of law enforcement on the environment in the Unlicensed Gold mining in Dengilo sub-district, Pohuwato Regency. The research used by the author in this study is Normative Research. This study concludes that the effectiveness of environmental law enforcement in gold mining without a permit in Popaya village, Dengilo sub-district, Pohuwato district, Gorontalo province has not been implemented or implemented effectively in accordance with applicable regulations.Keyword : Effectiveness, Environment, miningABSTRAKDalam penelitian ini membahas tentang salah satu dampak negatif terhadap pertambangan seperti dalam kerusakan lingkungan maka dalam hal ini diperlukan dan harus diketahui terkaiat efektivitas dalam penegakkan hukum terhadap lingkungan hidup dalam pertambangan Emas Tanpa Izin yang ada di kecamatan Dengilo, Kabupaten Pohuwato. Penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini yakni Penelitian Normatif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa efektivitas dari penegakan hukum lingkungan hidup dalam pertambangan emas tanpa izin di desa Popaya kecamatan Dengilo Kabupaten Pohuwato Provinsi Gorontalo belum berjalan atau terlaksana dengan efektif sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku.Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, Lingkungan, Pertambangan
