During the Covid-19 pandemic there was a decrease in the number of post-stroke rehabilitation visits at Bethesda Hospital Yogyakarta. So research is needed that aims to determine the factors associated with post-stroke patient compliance in undergoing physiotherapy during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study applied a cross-sectional approach, involving 40 patients selected by purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through filling out questionnaires and then analyzed using a correlation test. The p-value for each factor was education = 0.006, length of physiotherapy = 1.000, economic status = 0.01, motivation = 0.150. It was concluded that post-stroke patient adherence was related to educational factors and economic status.Keywords: post stroke; obedience; Covid-19; education; economic statusĀ ABSTRAKĀ Selama pandemi Covid-19 terjadi penurunan jumlah kunjungan rehabitasi pasca stroke di Rumah Sakit Bethesda Yogyakarta. Maka diperlukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan pasien pasca stroke dalam menjalani fisioterapi pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan cross-sectional, dengan melibatkan 40 pasien yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner lalu dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi. Nilai p untuk masing-masing faktor adalah pendidikan = 0,006, lama fisioterapi = 1,000, status ekonomi = 0,01, motivasi = 0,150.
