<![CDATA[The knowledge and skills of workers acquired through training have become essential in dealing with the increasingly rapid changes in technology, products, and systems. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between training and employee performance in a company. In the review presented in this article, the focus is mainly on research published in many reputable national and international journals that is in accordance with the studies in this article, namely human resource management. A type of qualitative research, a type of literature research, is a systematic review of the literature using the appropriate methodological approach. It is used inductively so that it does not raise further questions. This study provides a review of the literature on employee training and its effect on performance in firms and develops and proposes a framework for analyzing training and corporate performance issues to assess the strengths and weaknesses of many previous studies (e.g., research design, variable measurement, and firm performance or estimation methods), to suggest directions for future research, and to improve the accuracy of the results of future research on this topic.]]>
