Abstract

At this time humans get many advantages by easily accessing all the information that exists anywhere and anytime only with a smart mobile phone that is carried anywhere. With easy access to social media in Indonesia, in particular, there are many cyberbullying crimes. Efforts to overcome acts of cyberbullying which are part of cyber crime certainly cannot be done partially with criminal law ("penal" means), but must also be taken with an integral/systemic approach.
