<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Sunday School Students, with the hypothesis the there is a positive influence between the Hard Skill and Soft Skills of Sunday School Teachers on the Characterof Youth Class Sunday School Student in the BKPN Church, Sibolga Resor Faomasi Congregation. This research uses descriptive and eferential quatitative methods. The research population was all of the Youth Class Sunday School Students at the BKPN Jemaat Faomasi Church, totaling 40 peaple with a sampel of 40 peaple. The research Instrument was a closed questionnaire, wich was compiled by the research based on the indicators of the research variables. The test questionnairewas conducted on 30 students who were not the research sample and had been tested with validity and reliability tests. The above hypothesis is accepted as true with the following data:1). There is a positive and significant influence between Sunday School teachers’ Hard Skills on the Character of Sunday School Students by 33,29% with Fcount˃Ftable that is 18.79>7.35. Keywords: Hard skill, Sunday School Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Hard Skill Guru Sekolah Minggu, dengan hipotesis terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara Pengaruh Hard Skill Terhadap Karakter Murid Sekolah Minggu Kelas Remaja di Gereja BKPN Jemaat Faomasi Resor Sibolga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dan inferensial. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh Murid Sekolah Minggu Kelas Remaja di Gereja BKPN Jemaat Faomasi yang berjumlah 40 orang dengan sampel 40 orang. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket tertutup, yang disusun oleh peneliti berdasarkan indikator variabel penelitian. Uji coba angket dilakukan kepada 30 siswa yang bukan sampel penelitian dan telah teruji dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hipotesis di atas diterima kebenarannya dengan data: 1). Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan siginifkan antara Hard Skill Guru Sekolah Minggu Terhadap Karakter Murid Sekolah Minggu sebesar 33,29% dengan Fhitung>Ftabel yaitu 18.79>7.35. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh positif Hard Skill Guru Sekolah Minggu Terhadap Karakter Murid Sekolah Minggu Kelas Remaja di Gereja BKPN Jemaat Faomasi Resor Sibolga secara sendiri-sendiri karena telah teruji secara empiris.
