Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) besarnya pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru PAK terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, 2) besarnya pengaruh perhatian orangtua terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, 3) besarnya pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru PAK dan perhatian orangtua secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif inferensial. Populasi seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Lintong Nihuta Tahun Pembelajaran 2021/2022 yaitu 360 orang. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik Random Sampling sebesar 15% yaitu 50 orang. Penelitian dianalisis dengan langkah: 1) menguji persyaratan analisis uji hubungan diperoleh rhitung>rtabel untuk X1 dengan Y=0,470>0,297, X2 dengan Y=0,455>0,297, X1X2 dengan Y=0,581>0,297. 2) Uji hipotesa diperoleh: a) diperoleh Fhitung=13,57>Ftabel=3,23 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan keterampilan mengajar guru PAK terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 22,09%, b) diperoleh nilai Fhitung=13,349>Ftabel=3,23 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara perhatian orangtua terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 20,70%, 3) diperoleh Fhitung uji hipotesa regresi ganda diperoleh Fhitung=11,97>Ftabel=3,23 terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara keterampilan mengajar guru PAK dan perhatian orangtua secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Lintong Nihuta Tahun Pembelajaran 2021/2022 sebesar 33,76%. Abstract: The aims of the study were to determine : 1) the magnitude of the influence of PAK teachers' teaching skills on students' learning motivation, 2) the magnitude of the influence of parental attention on students' learning motivation, 3) the magnitude of the influence of PAK teachers' teaching skills and parental attention together on students' learning motivation. Research with inferential descriptive quantitative approach . The population of all class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Lintong Nihuta for the academic year 2021/2022 is 360 people . The sample was determined by the Random Sampling technique of 15%, namely 50 people. The study was analyzed by the following steps: 1) testing the requirements of the relationship test analysis obtained r count > r table for X 1 with Y = 0.470>0, 2 97, X 2 with Y = 0.455> 0, 2 97, X 1 X 2 with Y = 0.581>0.297. 2) Hypothesis testing is obtained: a) F arithmetic = 13.57> F table = 3.23 then H 0 is rejected and H a is accepted, that is, there is a positive and significant influence on PAK teacher teaching skills on student learning motivation of 22.09% , b) obtained the value of F arithmetic = 13.349> F table = 3.23 then H 0 is rejected and H a is accepted that is there is a positive and significant influence between parental attention on student learning motivation of 20.70%, 3) obtained F arithmetic test multiple regression hypothesis obtained F count = 11.97> F table = 3.23 there is a positive and significant influence between PAK teacher teaching skills and parental attention together on the learning motivation of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Lintong Nihuta in the 2021 academic year/ 2022 by 33.76%.
