Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Rattan House Furniture yang berjumlah 100 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan survei dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner yang disebar kepada responden. Metode analisis regresis berganda digunakan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh antar variabel. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis faktor untuk menguji validitas setiap item pertanyaan, dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan cronbach alpha. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Insentif, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. The population in this study are employees who work at PT. Rattan House Furniture, totaling 100 people. This type of research is explanatory research. The data collection method used a survey with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Multiple regression analysis method was used to explain the influence between variables. The data that has been collected was analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of each question item, and reliability test using Cronbach alpha. The results of the hypothesis test indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
