<![CDATA[Tujuan menganalisis efektivitas penyidikan tindak pidana pemalsuan merek di wilayah hukum kepolisian daerah sulawesi selatan, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi. Tipe penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris. Hasil Penelitian penulis mendapatkan bahwa: 1). Efektivitas penyidikan tindak pidana pemalsuan merek di wilayah hukum Kepolisian Daerah Sulawesi Selatan kurang berjalan secara efektif. Hal ini dikarenakan pemahaman penyidik Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus Polda Sulsel dalam menentukan dan menemukan unsur-unsur kejahatan dari perbuatan pelaku. 2). Faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas penyidikan tindak pidana pemalsuan merek di wilayah hukum kepolisian daerah sulawesi selatan yaitu; substansi, struktur, dan budaya hukum. Pada ketiga faktor tersebut yang paling berpengaruh terhadap tindak pidana pemalsuan merek adalah substansi hukum. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of the investigation into the crime of counterfeiting trademarks in the jurisdiction of the South Sulawesi Regional Police, and the influencing factors. This type of research is empirical juridical. Research results in the authors find that: 1). This is due to the understanding of investigators from the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate of the South Sulawesi Regional Police in determining and finding the elements of crime from the perpetrator's actions. 2). Factors that influence the effectiveness of investigations into criminal acts of brand counterfeiting in the jurisdiction of the South Sulawesi Regional Police, namely; substance, structure, and legal culture.
