<![CDATA[This research aims to find out how to manage e-archives at the Library and Archives Office of Surakarta, the obstacles faced in e-archive management, and the efforts made to overcome obstacles in e-archive management at the Library and Archives Office of Surakarta. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The data for this research was sourced from primary and secondary sources. Sampling using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques Triangulation techniques and sources are used to test the validity of the data. The results of the study show that the management of e-archives based on indicators of management functions ranging from planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling is still having obstacles due to employee mutations, the lack of employees for managing the e-archives, the online-based e-archive servers, which sometimes experience problems, and the unavailability of capable scanners to use the archive media transfer feature in the e-archive application.]]>
