<![CDATA[Latar Belakang: Awal tahun 2020 ini umat manusia diseluruh dunia digemparkan dengan fenomena pandemi Virus Corona (Covid-19) yang membuat kepanikan dimana-mana. Ratusan ribu manusia terinfeksi dan ribuan lainnya meninggal dunia. Corona virus sangat menimbulkan dampak besar bagi kesehatan fisik, ekonomi, sosial sampai dengan permasalahan mental, seperti kepanikan, ketakutan dan kecemasan.Tujuan:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan perawat pada saat pandemi COVID 19 di Negara China, Iran dan Italia.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literature dari beberapa database seperti Pubmed, Google Scholar dan Biomed Central dengan melakukan sintesis naratif dari pencarian utama pada tingkat kecemasan perawat di negara Cina, Iran, dan Italia.Hasil: Dari 10 artikel yang mengulas tentang kecemasan perawat saat pandemi COVID 19.daari ke 3 negara tersebut ternyata tingkat kecemasan perawat di Negara Italia lebih tinggi dari negara iran dan China. Hal tersebutkarena pada negara italia mereka rendahnya tingkat kesadaran terhadap diri sendiri, self efficacy yang rendah, dan kurangnya informasi.Simpulan: Simpulannya yaitu perawat harus mampu mengontrol emosi agar tidak menjadi emosi negatif , selain dari pada itu perawat harus mempunyai pedoman untuk kesehatan jiwa dalam menangani COVID 19 Kata kunci : COVID 19, Kecemasan Perawat. Background: Beginning in 2020, humans throughout the world were shocked by the phenomenon of the Corona Virus pandemic (Covid-19) which caused panic everywhere. Hundreds of thousands of people were infected and thousands more died. Coronavirus has a huge impact on physical, economic, social health, and mental problems, such as panic, fear, and anxiety.Objective: This study aims to determine the level of anxiety of nurses during the 19th COVID pandemic in China, Iran, and Italy.Method: This study uses a literature study approach from several databases such as Pubmed, Google Scholar, and Biomed Central by conducting narrative synthesis of the main searches on the level of nurse anxiety in China, Iran, and Italy.Results: From 10 articles reviewing nurses' difficulties during the COVID pandemic 19. In these 3 countries, the level of difficulty of nurses in Italy was higher than in Iran and China. This is the case in Italy, they have low self-awareness, low self-efficacy, and lack of information.Conclusion: The conclusion is that nurses must control emotions so that they do not become negative, other than that nurses must have a direction for mental health in preparation for COVID 19Keywords: COVID 19, Nurse Anxiety.]]>
