PENGARUH PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT TENTANG MUTU PELAYANAN TERHADAP PEMANFAATAN PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DASAR DI PUSKESMAS SIMALINGKAR TAHUN 2018

Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Puskesmas Medan Tuntungan merupakan salah satu sarana yang paling dekat dengan masyarakat, yang dilengkapi tenaga kesehatan yang profesional.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor dari mutu pelayanan menurut persepsi masyarakat yang mempengaruhi pemanfaaan pelayanan kesehatan dasar di Puskesmas Simalingkar.Metode: Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penilitian explanatory dengan pendekatan cross sectional sedangkan populasinya seluruh jumlah penduduk di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Simalingkar dengan sampel 72 orang ambil secara random sampling.Hasil: Dari hasil analisa univarian Bivariat dengan menggunakan uji regresi linear bahwa secara signifikan terdapat pengaruh kenyamanan pelayanan terhadap pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan dasar p (0,000), ada pengaruh informasi pelayanan terhadap pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan dasar p(0,009), sedangkan kesinambungan pelayanan  p(0,394),efisiensi pelayanan p(0,391), dan keamanan p(0,480) dan HAM dalam pelayanan p(0,685) tidak berpengaruh terhadap pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan dasar di Puskesmas Simalingkar.Simpulan: Ketujuh dimensi yang dinilai dalam penelitian ini, dinyatakan sedang (kesinambungan, efisien, keamanan, HAM, kenyamanan, akses dan informasi). Perlu peningkatan kualitas pelayanan terutama dibidang kenyamanan pelayanan, informasi pelayanan, akses pelayanan, tanpa mengabaikan 4 dimensi yang lain (kesinambungan, efisiensi, keamanan, HAM) dalam pelayanan kesehatan agar terwujud pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu seperti yang diharapkan untuk mewujudkan masyarakat yang sejahtera. Kata Kunci: Pengaruh Persepsi MasyarakatAbstractBackground: Puskesmas Medan Tuntung is one of the facilities closest to the community, which is equipped with professional health personnel.Purpose: This study aims to determine the factors of service quality according to community perceptions that affect the use of basic health services at the Simalingkar Health Center.Methods: This research is explanatory research with a cross-sectional approach, while the entire population is the total population in the working area of the Simalingkar Community Health Center with a sample of 72 people taken by random sampling.Results: From the results of univariate bivariate analysis using linear regression test that there is a significant effect of service convenience on the utilization of basic health services p (0.000), there is an effect of service information on the utilization of basic health services p (0.009), while the continuity of services p (0.394 ), the efficiency of p services (0.391), and security at p (0.480) and human rights in p services (0.685) have no effect on the utilization of basic health services at Puskesmas Simalingkar.Conclusion: The seven dimensions assessed in this study are stated to be moderate (sustainability, efficiency, security, human rights, convenience, access, and information). It is necessary to improve the quality of services, especially in the field of service convenience, service information, service access, without neglecting the other 4 dimensions (sustainability, efficiency, security, human rights) in health services so that quality health services can be realized as expected to create a prosperous society.Keywords: Effect of Public Perception
