<![CDATA[Decisions taken by top management will have a significant influence on the organization, especially if the decision is strategic in nature, for example determining the vision and mission of the organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze educational leadership decision making based on religion, philosophy, psychology, and sociology. The research method used is library research. The research results show decision making in the world of education; especially for the leadership of educational institutions must be able to choose the right decision alternatives so that the organizational goals of educational institutions in improving the performance and quality of education can be achieved optimally. Decision making describes the process through which a series of activities is selected as a solution to a particular problem. The organization of an educational institution, regardless of its level, of course, includes many people who will be interrelated with one another.]]>
