KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR MENGANALISIS, MENGEVALUASI, DAN MENCIPTA SISWA SMA N 19 SURABAYA PADA MATERI KESETIMBANGAN KIMIA (ANALYZE, EVALUATE, AND CREATE THINKING SKILLS’S STUDENT OF SMAN 19 SURABAYA ON CHEMICAL EQUILIBRIUM TOPIC)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa yang mencakup kategori menganalisis, mengevaluasi dan mencipta setelah diterapkan model learning cycle-7E pada materi kesetimbangan kimia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain One-Shot Case Study. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI SMA N 19 Surabaya. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar tes keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap kategori keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa dalam ranah kognitif C4 (menganalisis), C5 (mengevaluasi) dan C6 (mencipta) telah mencapai ketuntasan yaitu ≥2,67 dari rentang nilai kompetensi 1-4, yaitu secara berturut-turut memperoleh nilai 3,18; 3,36; dan 3,20. Selain itu secara klasikal siswa telah tuntas dengan memperoleh presentase ketuntasan sebesar 83,78% dan didukung dengan hasil belajar yang mencapai ketuntasan pada materi kesetimbangan kimia sebesar 83,73%. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Berpikir Tingkat Tinggi dan Kesetimbangan Kimia The aim of this research is to know student’s higher order thinking skill include of analyze, evaluate, and create categories after being implemented by Learning Cycle-7E model on chemical equilibrium topic. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative with “One-Shot Case Study” design. The subject of this research was XI grade student’s of SMA N 19 Surabaya. The instrument that has been used was the higher order thingking skill’s test sheet. The result showed that each higher order thinking skill’s categories include the C4 (analyze), C5 (evaluate), and C6 (create) cognitive level has reached ≥2,67 in the competence scoring scale 1-4, that is 3,18 (analyze); 3,36 (evaluate), and 3,20 (create). Other than that, student has reached the completeness of classically presentation on 83,78% and also reached the learning outcomes completeness on chemical equilibrium topic, that is 83,73%.
