Evaluasi Perkerasan Menggunakan Metode Bina Marga 1990 Dengan Metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI) Dalam Penentuan Pekerjaan Preservasi Jalan

Abstract

Abstrak Status Jalan Pasir Putih Kota Pekanbaru merupakan jalan nasional dengan panjang jalan adalah 18,2 kilometer terletak diantara Simpang Kaharudin Nasution dan Simpang Kayu Ara yang juga sebagai urat nadi perekonomian masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru, karena itu perlu dijaga kondisi kemantapan jalan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis kerusakan dan kegiatan preservasi jalan yang tepat untuk diterapkan di ruas jalan Pasir Putih Kota Pekanbaru. Metode Bina Marga (1990) dan Pavement Condition Index (PCI) menjadi salah satu cara untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi jalan. Pada penelitian ini, untuk metode Bina Marga (1990) hasilnya 55% panjang ruas jalan memiliki nilai urutan prioritas (UP) 0-3 dengan rekomendasi kegiatan preservasi peningkatan, 22,5% memiliki nilai UP >7 dengan rekomendasi pemeliharaan rutin, dan 22,5% memiliki UP 4-6 dengan rekomendasi pemeliharaan berkala. Kemudian untuk hasil perhitungan berdasarkan metode PCI, sebanyak 67% panjang ruas jalan memiliki nilai PCI 0-55 dengan rekomendasi kegiatan preservasi adalah rekonstruksi, 7% memiliki nilai PCI 55-70 dengan rekomendasi peningkatan struktur, sebanyak 8% memiliki nilai PCI 70-85 dengan rekomendasi pemeliharaan berkala, dan 20% memiliki nilai PCI 80-100 dengan rekomendasi pemeliharaan rutin. Kata kunci: Jalan nasional, bina marga (1990), metode PCI, preservasi jalan    Abstract Status of Pasir Putih Road, in Pekanbaru City is a national road with a road length of 18.2 kilometers located between the Kaharudin Nasution intersection and the Kayu Ara intersection which is also the economic lifeblood of the Pekanbaru community, road existing condition necessary to maintain the steady condition of the road. This study aims to determine the type of damage and the right road preservation activities to be applied. Bina Marga method (1990) and the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) are one way to find out how the condition of Jalan Pasir Putih in Pekanbaru City is. In this study, for the Bina Marga method (1990) the results showed that 55% of the length of the road had a priority order value (UP) of 0-3 with recommendations for increased preservation activities, 22.5% had a UP value of >7 with recommendations for routine maintenance, and 22, 5% have a UP of 4-6 with periodic maintenance recommendations. Then for the results of calculations based on the PCI method, 67% of the length of the road has a PCI value of 0-55 with a recommendation for preservation activities is reconstruction, 7% has a PCI value of 55-70 with a recommendation for structural improvement, as many as 8% have a PCI value of 70-85 with a periodic maintenance recommendations, and 20% had a PCI score of 80-100 with routine maintenance recommendations. Keywords: National road, bina marga (1990), PCI method, road preservation
