Abstract

Abstract Management is a process of working through staff members to provide care, treatment and assistance to patients. This research aim was to identify the function of Nursing Human Resource Planning (HR). This research was a qualitative descriptive study using the Time and Motion Study, where the activities of 7 neuro nurses were selected based on gender (1 male and 1 female), work experience (1 person <5 years and 1 person > 5 years), which represents Monday to Sunday. According to the calculation using the ilyas formula, the need for labor in the neuro's room are 15 nurses but there are only 12 available staff today. It means that 3 nurses more are needed, so it is necessary to add more staff to optimize the nursing service delivery. Keywords: Planning, Nurse, Workload Abstrak Manajemen keperawatan adalah suatu proses bekerja melalui anggota staf keperawatan untuk memberikan asuhan, pengobatan dan bantuan terhadap para pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi fungsi perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) keperawatan. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan Time and Motion Study, dimana aktifitas 2 perawat ruang saraf yang dipilih berdasarkan jenis kelamin (1 orang laki-laki dan 1 orang perempuan), pengalaman kerja (1 orang <5 tahun dan 1 orang > 5 tahun), yang mewakili hari senin sampai minggu. Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan rumus ilyas kebutuhan tenaga keperawatan di ruang saraf adalah sebanyak 15 orang. Namun saat ini tenaga yang tersedia hanya sebanyak 12 orang. Artinya masih terdapat kekurangan 3 orang tenaga perawat sehingga perlunya dilakukan penambahan tenaga untuk memaksimalkan pemberian pelayanan keperawatan.
