Abstract

Abstrak The ultimate aim of Muslim education lies in the realization of complete submission to Allah on the level of the individual, the community and humanity. This is the direction of all activities of the management of educational institutions so that the goals of Islam are very affecting other components, and even control it. Management of Islamic education is a process management in Islamic institutions of Islam in a way get around the learning resources and other matters related to achieving objectives of Islamic education effectively and efficiently. Islamic Education Management should be be stressed its position among the other sciences, that for the study related to the management of Islamic education based on the philosophical aspects and Qur’an must be deepened in line with the development of Islamic education. Management activities in the process of educating people as part of a natural activity needs to be managed effectively and efficiently as Islam gives human life principles derived from the Quran and Hadis.
