<![CDATA[ABSTRAK: Penerapan metode diskusi dan tanya jawab harus disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan kesiapan belajar siswa. oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain sintak pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan metode diskusi dan tanya jawab terhadap hasil belajar siswa. penelitian ini termasuk penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data penelitian berupa nilai hasil pre tes dan pos tes siswa, serta uraian yang dihasilkan dari observasi. Teknik pengumpulan data, melalui pree tes dan post tes, observasi, simak dan catat. Sumber data penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII jurusan Asisten Keperawatan dan jurusan Multimedia. Teknik analisis data secara statistik dengan melakukan uji Paired T tesh dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas XII jurusan asisten keperawatan dan jurusan Multimedia juga mengalami kenaikan yang sangat signifikan. Kenaikan hasil belajar pada siswa jurusan asisten keperawatan terlihat dari hasil Pret es memperoleh nilai rata-rata 55,8 dan rata – rata tersebut naik pada hasil pos tes mereka memperoleh nilai 75,2. Kenaikan hasil belajar pada siswa jurusan Multimedia juga terlihat pada hasil pree tes memperoleh nilai rata-rata 53,3 dan rata-rata tersebut naik pada hasil pos tes memperoleh nilai 73,3. Selain itu juga, uji Paired T tes pada hasil pree tes dan pos tes pada hasil belajar di kedua jurusan menunjukkan Sig.(2tailed) sebesar 0,00 0,05 maka H0 ditolah dan Ha diterima. Artinya ada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa jurusan asisten keperawatan dan jurusan Multimedis setelah belajar dengan menggunakan metode diskusi dan tanya jawab.KATA KUNCI: Metode Pembelajaran; Diskusi; Tanya Jawab; Kemampuan abad 21 ANIMATION MEDIA ASSISTED QUESTION AND ANSWER DISCUSSION STRATEGY TO IMPROVE 21ST CENTURY CAPABILITIES ABSTRACT: Application of the discussion and question and answer method must be adapted to the conditions and readiness of student learning. Therefore this study aims to design learning syntax using the discussion and question and answer method, as well as to determine the effect of using the discussion and question and answer method on student learning outcomes. This research includes experimental research using a quantitative descriptive approach. The research data is in the form of student pre-test and post-test results, as well as descriptions resulting from observations. Data collection techniques, through pre-test and post-test, observation, observe and record. Sources of research data are students of class XII majoring in Nursing Assistant and Multimedia majoring. Statistical data analysis technique by conducting a Paired T test using the SPSS application. The results of the study showed that the results of learning Indonesian for class XII students majoring in nursing assistants and majoring in Multimedia also experienced a very significant increase. The increase in learning outcomes for students majoring in nursing assistants can be seen from the results of the Pretest obtaining an average score of 55.8 and this average increases in the results of the post test they obtain a value of 75.2. The increase in learning outcomes for students majoring in Multimedia was also seen in the results of the pre-test obtaining an average score of 53.3 and the average increased in the results of the post-test obtaining a score of 73.3. In addition, the Paired T test on the results of the pre-test and post-test on learning outcomes in both majors shows Sig.(2tailed) of 0.00 0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.
