<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian tentang stigma yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan sudah mulai banyak dipublikasikan dalam jurnal-jurnal nasional terakreditasi terutama dalam kurun waktu 8 tahun terakhir. Namun belum ada telaah terhadap artikel-artikel penelitian tentang dampak stigma terhadap akses pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran dampak stigma yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan terhadap akses pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi, memilih artikel, membahas dan menganalisis artikel dan menginterpretasikan artikel-artikel pada topik dampak stigma terhadap akses pelayanan kesehatan. Proses pencarian pada enam jurnal kesehatan masyarakat dalam database Kementerian Riset dan Teknologi/Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional dengan kategori Sinta 1 dan Sinta 2 menghasilkan 16 artikel. Analisis deskripsi dilakukan dengan mengelompokkan artikel berdasarkan subjek, metode, penyakit yang mengalami stigma, dampak stigma yang terhadap akses pelayanan kesehatan dan rekomendasi untuk mengatasi stigma. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stigma pada penderita suatu penyakit dapat menimbulkan penolakan untuk mengakses pelayanan kesehatan. Intervensi berupa peningkatan pengetahuan dan penerapan kebijakan kesehatan dengan mempertimbangkan stigma penting untuk dilakukan. Abstract Research on stigma related to health has begun to be widely published in accredited national journals, especially in the last 8 years. However, there are no articles reviews of research articles on the impact of stigma on access to health services. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of the impact of health-related stigma on access to health care facilities. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method which is used to identify, select articles, discuss and analyze articles and interpret articles on the topic of the impact of stigma on access to health services. The results of the search process on 6 journals on Public Health in the of the Ministry of Research and Technology/National Research and Innovation Agency with categories of Sinta 1 and Sinta 2 obtained 16 articles. The analysis was conducted by grouping articles based on the subject, method, stigmatized disease, the impact of the stigma on access to health services and recommendations for overcoming stigma. The results show that stigma on sufferers of a disease may lead to refusal to access health care facilities. Interventions in the form of increasing knowledge and implementing health policies by considering health stigma are important to do.]]>
