Abstract

Digital transformation is one of the triggers for online learning. One of these technologies is theLearning Management System (LMS). Learning Management System (LMS) is an application that is used tocarry out the online learning process. Learning Management System can not only be used as a curriculumlearning media, but can also cover broader fields such as learning in the career field. According to Germeijs andVerschueren, career decision making is a complex process, where various difficulties experienced by individualsare found when making career decisions. From this statement, it can be concluded that high school graduatesand equivalent are individuals who have difficulty in determining a career, which will have a negative impact onthe future of current high school graduates. From the problems above, it is proposed to design a LearningManagement System (LMS) for Career Development for Upper Middle Level Students. With this system, it ishoped that it can educate upper secondary students in choosing a career or competency of interest. The trial andevaluation of the system design has been carried out on 10 respondents consisting of 1 admin, 3 teachers, and 6students. From the results of the trials that have been carried out, it shows that the average percentage results are85.65% which are in the very feasible category.
