Abstract

Yayasan Berkah Sejahtera Suluh Bangsaku (YBSSB) is an educational institution located in the city of Pekanbaru. Based on the results of questions and answers with YBSSB, the foundation annually assesses employee performance. In the process of employee performance appraisal, the foundation requires performance data from each employee. The results obtained from the employee performance appraisal will be used to determine the employee's promotion. However, the assessment data is still managed manually using paper and is not stored in the same place. So that the foundation has difficulty finding the required data. In addition, the foundation has difficulties in determining which employees will be given a promotion based on the results of employee performance appraisals. Therefore, a system was built that could assist the foundation in managing this data. Meanwhile, to determine employee promotion, the method is used Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Based on the tests carried out, the preference value obtained using the same data, both manual calculation and system calculation, has the same final result 100%. The system built can assist YBSSB in assessing the performance of its employees and assisting in recommending employees for promotion.

Abstract

Human Initiative Riau is one of the humanitarian institutions located in Pekanbaru City which focuses on four areas of work, namely economy, health, education and emergency response. Based on interviews with the Human Initiative, information was obtained that there were several obstacles faced in supporting the activities and programs that were being carried out. The data currently held is still managed conventionally by each division head so that the human initiative is constrained to ascertain whether the program is being implemented according to the target or not. Therefore, a solution is needed that can be used by human initiatives to see the development of donors, donors, beneficiaries and marketers which will later be used as material for evaluating marketer performance and determining future strategies that can improve the performance of human initiatives. This system was built by implementing business intelligence technology with visualization in the form of column-charts and graphs. designed using the codeigniter framework, the programming language PHP and MySQL as its DBMS. This system is tested using testing data transformations, user acceptance test (UAT) and efficiency so that users can find out what improvements they want. Based on the user acceptance test (UAT) that has been carried out, it shows that 96,76% of the systems that have been built are acceptable to users and can help human initiatives in making decisions.

Abstract

The Public Health Center (Puskesmas) is a technical implementation unit of the district / city office which is responsible for carrying out health development in a work area. One of the existing community health centers is the Pakan Kamis puskesmas. Based on the interviews conducted, the puskesmas still experienced difficulties in seeing the pattern of disease spread, drug use patterns and patient development, because the process of recapping and calculating data was still done manually. This causes the puskesmas management to have difficulty in analyzing data and obtaining information for decision making. Therefore, a web-based business intelligence dashboard was created that can visualize patient data related to these problems. This Business Intelligence dashboard is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. From the results of user satisfaction testing, it was found that 97% of the business intelligence system dashboard for visualizing patient data was in accordance with the needs and could assist the health center in monitoring the pattern of disease spread, patient usage and development, as well as assisting the health center in analyzing data to make appropriate decisions. and efficient. Abstract

UPTD Payakumbuh City Financing Facilitation is a Micro Finance Institution that provides and manages assistance in the form of revolving fund loans to strengthen business capital for micro-entrepreneurs such as livestock, trade, agriculture and industry. Based on information obtained through interviews with the UPTD, there were difficulties in obtaining information related to micro-businesses and monitoring customer commitment. Where the data currently owned is still managed conventionally so that the UPTD is difficult to obtain information. Therefore, a system was Dashboard Business Intelligencecreated that could assist the UPTD in managing data and providing information related to micro-businesses to maximize loan funds so that loans can help improve the community's economy. This system is built using the Codeigniter Framework, the programming language PHP and MySQL as the DBMS. This system is tested using blackbox testing and user acceptance test (UAT). Based on the blackbox testing that has been done, the system functionality is in accordance with user expectations. Meanwhile, based on the user acceptance test (UAT) that has been carried out, it shows that 91% of the system that has been built has been accepted by the user and can help the UPTD in making decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to implement a Raspberry Pi server-based Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service in a small office using the G.711, G.722 and Opus codecs where these codecs do not have a license (free) and have been integrated in various softphones and to see the sound quality resulting from the communication carried out and to see the quality, voice compression (codec) which is the most appropriate / stable on the Wireless LAN network. In testing this VoIP network using G.722, G.711, and Opus audio codecs based on signal strength (RSSI) on the Wireless LAN network as data to be analyzed using the MOS E-Model ITU-T G.107 method. Call testing is done 10 times on each codec. The average delay is 20,507 ms for the G.722 codec, 20,435 ms for the G.711 codec and 20,492 ms for the Opus codec. The average packet loss was 0.711% for G.722 codec, 0.870% for G.711 codec and 1.427% for Opus codec. Based on the results of calculations using the E-Model ITU-T G.107 MOS method, the average yield is 4,155 for the G.722 codec, 4,133 for the G.711 codec and 4.059 for the Opus codec. Based on the results of calculations using the MOS E-Model method, it is generally found that the G.722 codec has better quality than the three codecs tested, because it is more resistant to packet loss based on signal strength (RSSI) received by each client so that the R Factor conversion to MOS yields the highest average MOS value.

Abstract

Medium Voltage Cable Line (SKTM) is a 20,000 volt cable that is installed underground to avoid roads, enter buildings owned by PLN customers, and avoid electrical hazards to the public. The number of SKTM points in the PT PLN (Persero) Unit, especially the ULP Bagan Batu, makes it difficult for workers to find the location of the disturbance caused by the SUTM or SKTM network itself. If there is a disturbance, SKTM, which is damaged, the localization process and electrical normalization will take longer. So it is necessary to make a device by attaching a current sensor at the input and output end of each SKTM in order to determine the location of the affected SKTM or SUTM. The impulses read by the current sensor will be managed by Arduino Mega 2560 which will then be notified via an SMS gateway. This system performance resulting about 5 sec delay transmission data to smartphone and sensor accuracy 1,83%. It is hoped that this design can solve the tracking problem more easily and quickly so that PT PLN customers do not feel the outages for too long and as a reference for PT PLN makes their equipment to the 20,000 volt working system.

Abstract

As one of the largest democracies in the world, Indonesia held its twelfth election which took place openly, freely, publicly, honestly and fairly on April 17, 2019. A number of studies suggest that elections risk causing fluctuations that investors generally avoid. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the risk of fluctuation was proven so that there were significant differences in the average stock price, stock return, and trading volume activity before and after the presidential election event. This paper is an event research. The population of this study was all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that is 45 banking companies for the duration of five days before and after the 2019 presidential election on two types of data, namely price and number of traded shares with a total of 900 observations. Comparative test analysis is implemented in the form of paired sample t-test when the data is normally distributed and/or non-parametric test (Wilcoxon test) when the data is not normally distributed. The results of this study are that there was no significant difference between the average stock price, stock return and trading volume activity before and after the 2019 presidential election so the risk of fluctuation due to elections was not empirically proven in Indonesia.

Abstract

Complete Systematic Land Registration Program is considered to be able to produce greater results in a relatively shorter period of time, with data collection done simultaneously on all parcels of land contained in a village/district area. With the simultaneous data collection, it will be easier to reduce disputes regarding the equivalent rights of land, both fellow communities or with the government. This study uses the RTK-NTRIP and CORS methods as a base, CORS in designed as a careful reference that supports the measurement of GNSS. The correction signal is sent by CORS using the NTRIP method via the internet network to the rover station. The data obtained can be directly downloaded from the rover to the computer, the results are in the form of coordinates that have been corrected. The final results of this study is the Peta Bidang Tanah (PBT), PBT can only be made after passing through several stages and this PBT is also the most important element the Complete Systematic Land Registration. After PBT is submitted to the National Land Agency, it can only be disbursed

Abstract

Streaming media applications that require a high enough bitrate cause network load to increase, resulting in the services provided being unable to run properly. Streaming applications that require a high enough bitrate will affect the frame rate that is sent every second so that the impact on the services provided is less than optimal. In addition, the large number of streaming users also causes interference in accessing videos. The purpose of this research is to develop video streaming service media and test the quality of video streaming services through the influence of bitrate (5Mbps, 10Mbps and 20Mbps), frame rate (10fps, 20fps and 30fps) and the number of clients (1, 2 and 3) using bitrate (5 Mbps, 10 Mbps and 20 Mbps) with QoS parameters (delay, jitter, throughput and packet loss). In this study the Raspberry Pi server and local website media (192.168.100.1/video streaming) were used on the wireless LAN network. The research conducted can produce a video streaming service provider website and QoS parameter data that shows the quality of video streaming services is in good category and suitable to be watched based on the International Telecommunication Union of Telecommunication (ITU-T) standard G.1010.

Abstract

Measurement and mapping of land parcels is one of a series of activities in land registration. This activity is carried out by measuring and mapping at the boundaries of parcels using the extra terrestrial, terrestrial, photogrammetric, remote sensing, and other methods. However, with the progress and development of science and technology at this time, the activity of measuring and mapping land parcels can be done using extrateristris methods using GPS receivers that have high accuracy in a relatively shorttime. Mapping measurements in this study use the method of extraterrestrial. Extraterrestrial is the determination of the position carried out by measurements or observations to objects / celestial bodies both natural (such as the moon, stars and quasars) or man-made such as satellites. One of the methods of extraterrestrial positioning system that has been known so far is survey with GPS. In the end of the measurement of this mapping will produce output in the form of a Peta Bidang Tanah (PBT). PBT are the results of mapping 1 (one) or more parcels of land on paper sheets with a certain scale whose limits have been determined by the authorized official and are used to announcement of physical data.
